Revised Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form

Temple University’s Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure form has been revised and will be available for use on Monday, October 26, 2015. The updated disclosure form is located in the Electronic Research Administration (ERA) system under the My Conflict of Interests tab: https://era.temple.edu/tu_login/login.asp.

Information about Temple University’s Conflict of Interest Program, including policy and regulation requirements, can be found on the Office of the Vice President for Research Administration website under Research Compliance: http://research.temple.edu/research-compliance/conflict-interest/conflict-interest-program.

The COI disclosure form covers expanded reporting requirements from funding agencies, including the National Science Foundation (NSF) and is designed to more fully capture an investigator’s financial conflicts of interest and time commitments, including consulting.
