The IBC meets every third Tuesday of the month. To receive Full Committee Review, all protocol submissions must be received by the IBC office two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting date. However, submission of the proposal for pre-review three weeks before the full discussion at the meeting is highly recommended. Submissions not received on or before the submission’s deadline will be reviewed at the following meeting.
